Job Responsibilities




  • Transcribe and document high level meetings, ensuring legal accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

  • Supervise junior secretarial staff and provide mentorship.

  • Manage confidential client and financial information with the utmost discretion.

  • Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.

  • Support senior legal executives with advanced administrative tasks, including project management and compliance reporting.

  • Compile and verify documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's or HND degree in Law or related field.

  • Must have between 10-15 years’ experience with a focus on mortgage banking or related financial services.

  • A certificate would be an added advantage (e.g. ICSR)

  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking regulations, and legal procedures

  • Proven track record of effective communication and organizational skills.

  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, transcription tools, and legal software.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
