Job Description

The healthcare assistant will support the pharmacist in dispensing medications and ensuring quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in medication dispensing under pharmacist supervision.


• Maintain accurate patient records and stock medications.


• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.


• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Technician, CHEW, or Healthcare Assistant Trainee certification.


• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.


• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

The cashier will serve as the last point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions accurately via cash, debit card, or transfer.


• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.


• Bag purchases and maintain a clean checkout area.


• Ensure all daily sales are balanced.

Requirements:

•  OND qualification.


• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is a plus.


• Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic math skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
