Job Summary:

Aldelano Farm is seeking a highly intelligent, analytical, and tech-savvy Research Assistant to support our agricultural research initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, be adept at using various research tools, and think creatively to drive innovative farming solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can gather, analyze, and interpret agricultural data to enhance farm productivity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research modern and innovative farming techniques to improve efficiency and yield.


• Collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural data using research tools and software.


• Assist in the implementation and evaluation of new farming technologies and methodologies.


• Monitor crop performance, soil conditions, and environmental factors affecting farm operations.


• Compile detailed reports and present findings to management for decision-making.


• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and scientific advancements in agriculture.


• Work closely with farm managers, agronomists, and technical teams to enhance productivity.


• Ensure proper documentation and organization of research data for future reference.


• Utilize digital tools for data collection, analysis, and report generation.


• Adapt to dynamic work environments and contribute innovative solutions to farm challenges.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in any field


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.


• Proficiency in using research tools, data analysis software, and digital applications.


• Ability to think critically and propose innovative farming solutions.


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for reporting and presentations.


• Tech-savvy with experience in using spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and online research databases.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovative farming techniques.


• Willingness to live on the farm and adapt to the rural working environment.
