JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and provide them with menus.


• Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring customers' preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.


• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure the correct order is provided.


• Offer recommendations, describe dishes, and answer any menu-related questions to enhance the customer experience.


• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction.


• Handle customer transactions, process payments, and provide receipts while ensuring accuracy.


• Ensure the dining area, tables, and restrooms are clean and well-stocked for customer comfort.

REQUIREMENTS

• 0-3 years experience in Customer Service.


• Minimum educational qualification SSCE.
