JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily transaction logs.


• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring the restaurant stays within budget limits.


•  Process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely payment.


•  Monitor and analyze costs related to food, beverage, labor, and other operational expenses to maximize profitability.


•  Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring all tax obligations are met on time and in compliance with regulations.


• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering insights into profit margins, revenue trends, and financial health.


• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and answering any inquiries related to financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience of one year and maximum two year.


• Minimum educational qualification BA/Bsc/HND
