We are looking for an HR Associate to assist with day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture. This role will support the HR team in managing onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee onboarding.
Employee Relations: Support HR initiatives related to engagement, culture, and performance management, ensuring a positive work environment.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process HR documents, and support HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Assist in payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and ensuring timely updates to employee compensation data.
Training & Development: Help organize employee training sessions, learning programs, and career development initiatives.
HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
HR Reporting & Data Management: Maintain HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and support decision-making with HR analytics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fintech, tech startup, or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters.
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
