Responsibilities




  • Provide clients with information of goods and services.

  • Receive customer’s complaints and questions.

  • Take clients' orders, process production, material specification and give delivery reports.

  • Raise request for materials needed as approved with clients from vendors and as well communicated to the report line.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Work with the Operations team, Design team, and installers to see to completion of projects.

  • Keep records of customer’s data, interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

  • Provide feedbacks and progress reports to clients on project processes.

  • Ensure projects are completed, schedule walk through with client & endorsement of completion forms.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

  • Generate sales leads

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
