  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and manage our financial operations. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong ability to oversee all aspects of accounting and ensure the company’s financial health.



Key Responsibilities




  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

  • Coordinate and complete accounting audits.

  • Provide recommendations.

  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Meet financial accounting objectives.

  • Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

  • Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of accounting systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fiscal records and documentation.

  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, standards, and best practices.



Requirements and Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

  • Ability to direct and supervise.

  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.

  • ICAN certification is an added advantage.
