About the Role
- Acabado Product International is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs while ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
- Provide proofreading, editing, and formatting support for reports, documents, and presentations.
- Assist with project management, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks with team members.
Marketing & Communication:
- Manage email marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media accounts.
- Design simple promotional graphics and marketing materials.
- Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Represent the CEO professionally in meetings, events, and client interactions.
Finance & Travel Management:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports and analyze data for business decision-making.
Customer Service & Client Relations:
- Handle inquiries professionally and nurture client relationships.
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Event Planning & Recruitment Support:
- Plan and execute meetings, corporate events, and special projects.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an executive support, administrative, or personal assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
