About the Role




  • Acabado Product International is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support.

  • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs while ensuring seamless daily operations.



Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support:




  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval.

  • Provide proofreading, editing, and formatting support for reports, documents, and presentations.

  • Assist with project management, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks with team members.



Marketing & Communication:




  • Manage email marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media accounts.

  • Design simple promotional graphics and marketing materials.

  • Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.

  • Represent the CEO professionally in meetings, events, and client interactions.



Finance & Travel Management:




  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Prepare reports and analyze data for business decision-making.



Customer Service & Client Relations:




  • Handle inquiries professionally and nurture client relationships.

  • Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.

  • Resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.



Event Planning & Recruitment Support:




  • Plan and execute meetings, corporate events, and special projects.

  • Assist in the recruitment process.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in an executive support, administrative, or personal assistant role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
