Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Conduct market research, gather relevant data, and provide insightful reports, presentations, and recommendations to support the ILT's decision-making process.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
Two or more years of experience in business management or executive assistant role, especially within Africa
Experience working with multicultural teams and departments
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, project planning and management
Experience preparing for board meetings and presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - French knowledge will be an additional advantage
Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
Experience in data analysis and budget management
Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communications
