Job Description




  • We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Asset Management who will be responsible for leading the strategic management and optimization of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network resources, and cloud solutions and office facilities.

  • This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT assets. The role demands technical leadership and expertise in infrastructure management, asset tracking, and lifecycle management, ensuring all IT and organizational assets are efficiently utilized, secure, and aligned with business objectives.



Responsibilities




  • Oversees maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and other office assets and facilities.

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets, including procurement, deployment, and maintenance of resources.

  • Optimize the performance and reliability of office assets and supplies by identifying opportunities for upgrades, replacements, and improvements.

  • Implement and enforce security protocols and standards to safeguard and protect sensitive data.

  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective contracts

  • Provide regular technical reports to senior management on infrastructure health, asset status, system performance, and project updates.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in infrastructure management.

  • Proficient in asset management tools and software

  • Strong understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance regulations.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
