Job Description




  • The Partner/Client Success role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of customers.

  • The role exists to drive revenue growth through effective partnership management of OEMs/channels and end users, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • This position involves nurturing existing relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with channels and internal teams to deliver value and achieve mutual business goals.



Responsibilities




  • Develop Business plan for OEM.

  • Implement a business plan to drive business growth.

  • Work closely with partners to monitor the progress of business plans.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns to prevent churn.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to facilitate upselling and cross-selling.

  • Manage contract renewals and expansions, negotiating favorable terms for both parties.

  • Analyze customer and partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.

  • Liaise with strategic partners, customers, and industry influencers.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Professional certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnership Management.

  • 3-5years of experience in partnership management, customer success, or account management roles

  • Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or cybersecurity products.

  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth

  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
