We are looking for creative Customer Service Officers to join our versatile team and help achieve our member objectives.
As a MOO specialist you will be tasked with implementing, supporting and managing all member accounts and query activities as well as collaborating with other departments to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What You’ll Do
Check-in on the member onboarding journey to identify blockages to approvals
Approach issues members face with a goal of finding resolutions
Liaise with respective teams and partners to ensure all member requests, open transactions and complaints are managed through an effective resolution process
Effectively provide product information/demonstrations to prospective and new members when required/requested
Gather product feedback and communicate to relevant stakeholders
What You'll Need
Fresh graduates with a Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
Creative thinking with excellent communication skills
Patience and ability to engage members in conversation
Working knowledge of relevant computer software and systems
Fluency in English and/or other Nigerian languages
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting members
