Job Summary




  • We are looking for talented professionals to lead our sales teams.

  • As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Supervisors and Sales Officers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

  • Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Sales Officers to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the City Head to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.



Requirements




  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry (spices, food, or beverages).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, particularly in the spices industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
