Job Summary

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Legal & Estate Development Officer to oversee legal compliance, property documentation, and real estate project development.

Your Role

• Provide legal advice on property transactions, contracts, and compliance


• Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements and legal documents


• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulatory requirements


• Oversee land acquisition, title verification, and due diligence processes


• Collaborate with estate developers, surveyors, and government agencies


• Support estate development planning, approvals, and project execution


• Resolve legal disputes related to property ownership and transactions

Who We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with a call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)


• Additional qualifications in estate management, real estate law, or development are a plus


• Proven experience in real estate law, property transactions, or estate development


• Strong knowledge of Nigerian property laws, land acquisition, and regulatory frameworks


• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills


• Abuja-based candidates preferred
