Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations. If you have a strong background in accounting and real estate finance, we want you on our team.

Your Role

• Manage financial transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting


• Prepare and analyze financial statements and tax filings


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies


• Track accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements


• Provide financial insights to support business decisions


• Work closely with sales and management teams to monitor revenue and expenses

Who We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage


• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in real estate


• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting software


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Abuja-based candidates preferred.
