  • The Farm Portfolio Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of farm owners and their estates.

  • They ensure that all data is up to date and communicate effectively with owners regarding their farm investments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain and update detailed records of farm owners and their portfolios.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of ownership, payments, and agreements.

  • Communicate regularly with farm owners to provide updates and address inquiries.

  • Collaborate with the portfolio manager and administrative officer to manage portfolio-related data.

  • Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance to management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and data management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database tools.
