  • We are seeking a proactive Business Development personnel to support our growth in the dynamic energy sector.

Responsibilities




  • Build a sales pipeline through outbound sales efforts/cold calls

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets agreed with leadership

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outbound prospecting.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups.

  • Representing the company at events to expand its reach and identify opportunities.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall strategy.



Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry is a plus.



Salary / Benefits
