Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.


• Plan, create, and edit high-quality videos, graphics, and photos for online distribution.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics.


• Research trends, topics, and audience preferences to create relevant and compelling content.


• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects.


• Monitor social media platforms and engage with audiences to boost brand interaction.


• Track content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content strategy.


• Generate ideas and concepts that align with the company’s goals and target audience.


• Assist in creating and managing paid campaigns when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.


• 2-3 years of experience in content creation, or a similar role.


• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.


• Experience in video production and editing is a must.


• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.


• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for content creation.
