About the job

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs


• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and timelines to guide project execution.


• Lead cross-functional project teams including developers, engineers, QA specialists, business analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.


• Engage stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, review deliverables, and confirm that project outcomes meet expectations.


• Resolve project issues that may impact timelines, budget, or client satisfaction, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.


• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and apply continuous improvements for future projects


• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, including client and internal benchmarks, through comprehensive testing and review processes.


• Monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and deliverables meet client specifications.


• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and drive efficiencies in technology solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.


• A Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.


• Mininum of 5years of experience in project management, with relevant experience in managing IT or business technology solutions projects.


• Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure. 


• Experience in managing client relationships, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering business-critical solutions.


• Experience in managing remote or distributed teams and projects* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
