JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide assistance to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.


• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.


• Assist with order placements, returns, exchanges, and ensure timely delivery of products or service.


• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services to effectively support customers and make recommendations.


• Handle customer records, process transactions, and maintain accurate documentation of interactions or transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mininum experience 1 year and Maximum 2 year.


• Minimum educational qualification SSCE.
