Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planner to develop and execute strategic media frameworks that align with client objectives. The ideal candidate will analyze consumer insights, media trends, and competitive landscapes to optimize media selection, budget allocation, and campaign effectiveness. This role requires a strong ability to foster client relationships and enhance the impact of media investments.



Key Responsibilities



Media Strategy & Planning




  • Develop strategic media frameworks that align with client objectives.

  • Conduct consumer insights analysis to understand target audience behavior and media consumption.

  • Identify business challenges facing clients and propose media solutions.

  • Perform competitive landscape analysis to benchmark and optimize campaign strategies.

  • Recommend media channels, timing, and budget allocations to maximize cost efficiency and effectiveness.



Campaign Execution & Optimization




  • Align advertising information with target audience media habits to ensure message resonance.

  • Develop and manage media schedules, laydowns, and strike weights for optimal campaign performance.

  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of media strategies.

  • Adjust media plans based on data-driven insights to enhance brand messaging and engagement.



Client Relationship Management




  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they value media expertise.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of clients' media investments.

  • Communicate insights, campaign performance, and adjustments to stakeholders.



Key Requirements & Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning within an advertising agency or brand.

  • Expertise in media strategy formulation, audience analysis, and budget allocation.

  • Strong knowledge of media research tools (Nielsen, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance based on analytics.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.



Requirements:




  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and planning tools, with a focus on electronics campaigns.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

  • Good knowledge of clients’ business and marketing objectives.
