Reports to:Creative Director



Job Summary:



We're looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to develop and implement our brand strategy, manage our brand identity, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Brand Strategy and Development:




  • Develop and implement our brand strategy and vision

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency



Brand Identity and Communication:




  • Manage and maintain our brand identity, tone, and language

  • Develop and implement brand communication strategies

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies



Customer Engagement and Experience:




  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies

  • Manage and improve our customer service operations

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and revenue growth



Product and Collection Management:




  • Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency in product development

  • Manage product launches and marketing campaigns

  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform future product development



Performance Analysis and Reporting:




  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets



Requirements:



Education:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field



Experience:




  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field

  • Experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage



Skills:




  • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing, and consumer trends

  • Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities



Certifications:




  • Professional certifications, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, are an added advantage
