Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Ikoyi store team. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and customer service standards.


• Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience.


• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.


• Control inventory, manage stock levels, and minimize waste.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.


• Foster a positive and inclusive store culture.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail management experience.


• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
