Job Specification




  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team to promote and sell Dental product and equipment in the assigned territory.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in the Healthcare industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for dental products in the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals, practices, and institutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within the dental industry.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and features of the products.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide product feedback, market insights, and customer needs.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and competitive activities to management.

  • Represent ODE at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and build brand awareness.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.

  • Good knowledge of dental products.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required.

  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and passion for sales.
