Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization:

• You will create designs that align with client needs and global trends, producing mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.


• You will ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and sustainability principles.

Technical Drafting & Documentation:

• You will prepare detailed drawings, plans, and workshop cutlists using industry-standard software.


• You will coordinate designs with consultants to ensure seamless integration of all project components.

Project Management:

• You will create and manage project schedules, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.


• You will monitor risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

On-Site Supervision & Quality Assurance:

• You will oversee construction and installation phases, ensuring alignment with approved designs.


• You will evaluate materials and workmanship, proposing alternatives as needed.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• You will work closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to optimize workflows and ensure satisfaction.


• You will actively contribute to team brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.


• Advanced proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.


• Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability principles, and construction methods.
