Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee construction and execution plans


• Produce detailed shop drawings for fabrication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.


• Produce high-quality 3d renderings for design presentations


• Select and recommend materials, finishes, and color schemes for interior spaces.


• Assist in preparing quotations and documentation for projects


• Use Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance design presentations and visuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design


• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in interior architecture, construction, and shop drawings


• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or any other rendering software


• Excellent skills in mood board creation


• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and detailing


• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings with accuracy.


• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
