Engage in strategic marketing of the hotel to both private and public clients.
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Come up with marketing strategies that are offline related that will increase the visibility of the hotel.
Responsible for Corporate and travel agent Room Sales for the hotel.
Work with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment.
Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds monthly occupancy and revenue budget goals.
Implements all sales & marketing action plans.
Executes and supports the sales operational aspects of business(e.g. CVGR, writing introduction letters, generating proposal, Corporate Rate application letter, customer correspondence).
Able to support hotel service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Work closely with the general Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
Develop strong relationships with the front office team to ensure continuous working in unity and always striving to achieve the overall goals.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as well as V.I.P and corporate clients.
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients.
Provide positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential (e.g., set an example with personal booking goals).
Carry out sales calls to acquire new business and close on business.
Working on clientele list to ensure that a set target is achieved.
Implement sales and marketing strategies necessary for attracting clients to patronize the hotel.
Carry out research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities.
Analyze sales reports and take actions to improve results as appropriate.
Oversee and ensure the updates of rates and promotions on the hotel website, OTA’s (Online travel agents), GDS, etc. without any rate parity.
Responsible for the training of sales & marketing staff.
Work with the management to create promos, loyalty programs & offers and packages based on current market.
Any other assigned duties to be assigned by the management.
