Description

• Responsible for performing basic upkeep and minor repairs on a building or facility, including cleaning, basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems


• Groundskeeping, and assisting skilled tradespeople with more complex maintenance tasks,


• Ensuring the overall functionality and cleanliness of the property;


• Typically requiring a basic understanding of various maintenance trades and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Qualifiations

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 years experience.
