- The ideal candidate must have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier operational talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, job boards, and background check providers.
- Analyze and enhance existing operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Academic Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations
- Certification in HR e.g. CIPM, aPHRI, etc. is an added advantage.
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills for reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
