Summary




  • Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to a construction site within Akwa Ibom State and speaking the local language is essential (Ibibio / Efik) .

  • The candidate should be an organized and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily progress reports, material deliveries, equipment usage, and personnel attendance.

  • Manage site correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of site personnel.

  • Maintain effective communication with the project manager, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities.



Qualifications




  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.

  • Ability to speak the local language (Ibibi/ Efik).
