Job Summary:
We are seeking a Ticketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parking compliance, maintaining order in on-street and off-street parking, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with parking and collect parking fees
- Maintain order and safety in parking areas
- Provide information and answer questions from the public
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure efficient use of parking facilities
- Collect and record data for performance metrics and analysis
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
- Integrity, dedication, and honesty
- Proven experience in customer-facing environment or related role
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations
- Safety-conscious and aware of potential hazards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capable of handling cash and operating Microsoft Office software
