Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s & Creative Director’s schedule, emails, and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal & external communications with clients and vendors.
- Oversee project timelines, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Business Development & Marketing
- Identify & engage new clients (real estate developers, architects, brands).
- Develop sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Assist in creating & executing marketing strategies (social media, digital campaigns, partnerships).
- Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to position Springbrid as an industry leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years experience in a similar role (preferably in a creative or real estate industry).
- Proven ability to manage executives’ schedules and support business growth.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or digital branding is an advantage.
- Passionate about architecture, interior design, 3D visualization, or creative industries.
- Excellent communicator with a knack for problem-solving and multitasking.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and productivity apps.
