Key Responsibilities



Executive Support




  • Manage the CEO’s & Creative Director’s schedule, emails, and meetings.

  • Organize travel arrangements, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate internal & external communications with clients and vendors.

  • Oversee project timelines, documentation, and workflow efficiency.



Business Development & Marketing




  • Identify & engage new clients (real estate developers, architects, brands).

  • Develop sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to close deals.

  • Assist in creating & executing marketing strategies (social media, digital campaigns, partnerships).

  • Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct market research to position Springbrid as an industry leader.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years experience in a similar role (preferably in a creative or real estate industry).

  • Proven ability to manage executives’ schedules and support business growth.

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or digital branding is an advantage.

  • Passionate about architecture, interior design, 3D visualization, or creative industries.

  • Excellent communicator with a knack for problem-solving and multitasking.

  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and productivity apps.
