Required Qualifications and Skills
- HND / B.Sc / OND in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in real estate sales.
- Real estate or sales-related certification is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to analyze market data.
- Applicant should be within 23 years and above
Job Competency Requirements:
- Ability to sell real estate properties, achieve sales targets, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships and handle negotiations effectively.
- Ability to present sales, revenue and expenses reports and successfully manage a diverse team of land agents, vendors and contractors.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of real estate regulatory requirements, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
