JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking for an experienced Gateway NOC Engineer that will be responsiblefor ensuring operational efficiency and running the NOC for the carrier services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitoring and analysis of international trafficin and out of the network.


2. Routing configuration for international traffic.


3. Troubleshooting escalations from partners and raising troubletickets as the need raises.


4. Interconnection with local and international carriers.


5. Routine CLI and qualitytests to top destination.


6. Monitoring of international trunks.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR AND DELIVERABLES

1. Troubleshooting on issues discovery and resolution.


2. Timely escalation of issues.


3. Routing of carriers correctly.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. 7 – 10 years of experience in the telecommunication with a carrier or and operator.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Technical knowhow and understanding of the telecom business.


2. Ability to work independently.


3. Technical management qualifications.


4. Ability to work during night hours
