Job Description

• Construct residential and commercial buildings.


• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other specifications


• Execution of architectural and structural drawings on a construction site.


• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations


• Ensures staff and subcontractors follow company construction, quality control and safety methods and procedures


• Preparing material request and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.


• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.


• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.


• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required with the workers on site.


• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team


• Perform any additional assignment as directed by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 10+ years relevant work experience.
