Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily food production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards.


• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.


• Ensure proper maintenance and optimal functioning of production equipment.


• Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in the factory.


• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize raw material usage and minimize waste.


• Train and mentor production staff to improve technical skills and adherence to best practices.


• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize disruptions in production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food industry.


• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machinery operations.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.
