Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Strategy:




  • Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring each aspect aligns with client objectives and business goals.

  • Develop comprehensive event strategies, from concept creation to final delivery, ensuring attention to detail at every step.



Client Management & Liaison:




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the event planning process.

  • Proactively understand client needs, provide creative input, and ensure seamless execution of event plans.



Team Leadership & Coordination:




  • Oversee and manage internal event teams, ensuring effective collaboration with departments, vendors, and contractors.

  • Motivate and guide team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.



Vendor & Supplier Management:




  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure high-quality services and timely deliveries.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to meet event objectives while staying within budget.



Budget Management:




  • Develop and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring cost controls are in place and all events are delivered within approved financial parameters.

  • Track and report on budget progress, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.



Timeline & Project Scheduling:




  • Create detailed project timelines and ensure all milestones are met, including setup, execution, and teardown phases.

  • Proactively track progress and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery of all event components.



Event Logistics & Operations:




  • Oversee logistical coordination, including venue selection, transportation, equipment rentals, and on-site management.

  • Ensure smooth, efficient execution of event operations from start to finish.



Risk Management & Problem Solving:




  • Identify potential risks and challenges early in the planning process and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.

  • Be prepared to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during event execution.



Quality Control & Event Execution:




  • Ensure high standards of quality in event design, décor, and overall execution. Guarantee seamless, memorable event experiences for clients and their guests, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in event planning and project management (3+ years preferred).

  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Strong budget management and financial oversight experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience working with diverse teams, clients, and vendors.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
