Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell solar energy products.
Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and distributors to expand market reach.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
