Job Summary




  • The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of an organization's inventory.

  • Overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and implementing efficient inventory control processes.



Key Responsibilities




  • Overseas the Engraving, Labeling & Tagging of Asset Identification Number on All Assets

  • Oversee the maintenance and management of a database for Assets Tracking & Monitoring

  • Management of The Fixed Asset Register (Equipment Master List)

  • Monitors Company Inventory Management (Re-Order Level Monitoring)

  • Conducts Asset Auditing & Reconciliation.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience (usually 2-3 years) in inventory management or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
