The Civil Engineer will oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil works for solar energy projects.
They will ensure structural integrity, site suitability, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with other engineers to optimize project performance.
Responsibilities
Design and supervise solar project installations and related civil works.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
Ensure compliance with COREN standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Manage contractors, site workers, and construction schedules.
Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project plans.
Work with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate solar systems efficiently.
Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
COREN certification is mandatory.
3-5 years of experience in civil construction or renewable energy projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar design tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience.
