Job Overview
- As we continue to grow fast, we are seeking a talented and experienced Film Production Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our Film production projects from start to finish.
- The Operations Manager at Rise Interactive Studios will oversee daily operations and ensure that all processes run efficiently and effectively.
- This role requires someone who can manage people, systems, and resources in a creative environment, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in the creative industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate between departments (production, post-production, creative, etc.) to ensure timely project execution.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and motivate operational staff, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives.
- Lead meetings to review performance, set goals, and resolve operational issues.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to foster staff growth and development.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with the production team to develop project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
- Monitor projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and address any bottlenecks in production workflows and project timelines.
Resource Management:
- Manage studio resources, including equipment, facilities, and external vendors, ensuring efficient use.
- Oversee procurement, maintenance, and inventory of technical and creative resources.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the studio.
Client Relations:
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and external partners.
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to understand their needs and expectations, translating them into actionable deliverables.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness across all processes.
- Work with the finance department to track spending, resource allocation, and profitability.
- Prepare reports on the operational performance for upper management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the media, entertainment, or creative industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and a passion for the creative arts.
- Proficiency in project management software and productivity tools.
