Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer with a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to join our dynamic team. 


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content that drives traffic and engages our target audience. 


• This role requires a blend of writing, editing, and SEO skills to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.


• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.


• Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and inform content creation.


• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals.


• Monitor and analyze web traffic metrics to improve content performance.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content development and SEO.


• Ensure all content is free of grammatical errors and adheres to the company's style guide.


• Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Content Developer or similar role.


• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.


• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.


• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.


• Ability to conduct thorough research and create compelling, engaging content.


• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.


• Understanding of social media marketing and how it integrates with content strategy.
