Description 

• Assist in the preparation and processing of raw materials for production.


• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in food and drink production.


• Ensure products meet quality standards, inspecting for defects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Package and label finished products, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.


• Assist with inventory management, including tracking raw materials and finished products.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company and regulatory standards.


• Work closely with other production staff to meet daily and weekly production goals.


• Assist in implementing and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality assurance protocols.


• Help with the maintenance of production equipment as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Microbiology, Chemistry, Bio-chemistry or related field


• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in alcoholic beverages is a plus


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.


• Computer literate, strong attention to details and organizational skills.


• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.


• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
