Job Summary

• As the Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional pharmaceutical care to our clients.


• Your leadership will guide the pharmacy team to meet targets, ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing inventory.


• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and HCAs


• Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical standards.


• Provide expert consultation on drug therapies and interact with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.


• Medical consultation


• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medication.


• Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree.


• 2-4years experience in a relevant position


• Leadership skills


• Attentive to details and highly organized.
