Job Summary




  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to sell our luxury apartments to high-net-worth individuals, families, and investors.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling high-value properties, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.



Key Responsibilities




  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling luxury apartments to clients.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including high-net-worth individuals, families, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Conduct personalized property tours and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our luxury apartments.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and motivations to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and construction teams, to ensure seamless communication and a smooth sales process.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong knowledge of the local luxury real estate market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MicrosoftOffice applications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Valid driver's license.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and investors.

  • Knowledge of luxury real estate marketing and branding strategies.

  • Certification in real estate sales, such as a Realtor or Luxury Real Estate designation.
