Job Description

• Candidate must possess basic experience in the design installation, assembly and repairs of diverse water production machines


• Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the factory operations towards quality products


• Supervise the entire workflow of factory operations ensuring all departments meet their deliverables


• Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machinery forestalling breakdowns


• Ensure that production achieves the company's operative goals.


• Draw up production schedules according to demand & inventory level.


• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.


• Set up operating and quality standards, and production processes and ensure implementation.


• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel and identify training needs.


• Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required


• Enforce health and safety precautions

Qualifications

• HND in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.


• Minimum of 7 years of  work experience in a plastics production company managing blow machines

Requirements:

• Candidate must be an experienced engineer


• Possess a minimum of 7 years practical experience in plastics products production company managing blow machines


• Must age less than 45 years


• HND graduates only

Other Conditions:

• They must be very hardworking, target-oriented, with a high level of integrity


• He must preferably have worked or is currently working in a key plastics manufacturing company with organized systems and procedures

Skill Set:

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
