Key Responsibilities




  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Ability to identify, prospect, and convert new clients for asset management services.

  • Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information

  • Achieve annual sales goals and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager.



Requirements




  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Marketing or other related discipline from a reputable institution

  • Aged between 25-35 years with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar position

  • Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal relationship and a team player

  • Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
