The objective of Job:

As a Graphics Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing visually compelling designs for various projects. You will leverage your creative expertise, industry knowledge, and technical skills to deliver high-quality work that aligns with project objectives and exceeds client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with clients and team members, and contribute to a dynamic creative environment. 

Primary duties & responsibilities:

Design Execution: 

• Create and execute high-quality designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media content, branding materials, and more. 

Creative Conceptualization: 

• Brainstorm and generate innovative design concepts that align with client or project objectives. 

Client Collaboration: 

• Engage with clients to understand their design needs, present creative ideas, and incorporate feedback effectively. 

Typography Mastery: 

• Apply advanced typography skills to ensure readability, hierarchy, and visual appeal in all design work. 

Visual Communication: 

• Develop designs that effectively convey messages and engage the target audience through images, icons, and other design elements. 

File Management: 

Maintain organized design files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and efficient for collaboration. 

Stay Current: 

• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technological advancements to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to design. 

Feedback Integration: 

• Accept constructive criticism with a professional mindset and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design outputs. 

Project Management: 

• Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. 

Software Proficiency: 

• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW to execute projects with technical expertise.
