Role Description




  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. 

  • The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the transportation industry.



Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

  • Present and promote transportation services to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of the transportation industry and market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and client engagements.
